One Piece: What Is The One Piece Treasure?

One Piece has been a phenomenon in the Anime and Manga industry. It has been airing since 1999 with numerous episodes and movies so far. Before heading toward the question, Let’s start with a synopsis.

Gol D. Roger, the Pirate King, was the one who owned everything in this realm. The last words he said before being executed made many interested in the treasure.

Many were inspired by these words to take to the seas in pursuit of One Piece, sailing in the direction of the Grand Line. A new era then started!

Young Monkey D. Luffy also travels to the Grand Line in quest of One Piece to become the best pirate in the world. This will be a wonderful journey with his eclectic crew, which includes a swordsman, sharpshooter, sailor, cook, physician, archaeologist, musician, and fisherman.

About One Piece

What is the Devil Fruit?

Devil Fruits are abstract fruits found all over the world. They are renowned for bestowing permanent superhuman abilities and an equal inability to swim upon consumption.

They are a collection of a bunch of bizarre and mysterious abilities, ranging from bland to mass-destructive. These fruits may be divided into three major categories: Zoan, which allows people to shape-shift into animals and human-animal hybrids, and Paramecia, which provides a bunch of bizarre abilities. Lastly, Logia provides the ability to dominate natural elements and phenomena.

The world’s most powerful people, particularly those from the three major powers, all have taken advantage of the power of Devil Fruits. They are highly sought-after because of this as well as their overall rarity; individual specimens may fetch hundreds of millions of dollars in Belly, and significant efforts have been undertaken to mass-produce synthetic versions for use in warfare.

The abilities derived from eating a Devil Fruit are so diverse and enigmatic that they may be used for reasons that go beyond what is expected of them. A particular Devil Fruit’s ability to heal an illness that was thought to be incurable is one such instance.

Whatever power one is given, even those that would often be viewed as “strange” or “useless,” may be used to great advantage both in and out of battle. At the very least, eating a Devil Fruit won’t make its user weak, as Rob Lucci pointed out. The user’s power, talent, and innovation are what are important.

What is the plot of One Piece?

Monkey D. Luffy is a young guy made of rubber who, motivated by his childhood idol, the mighty pirate Red-Haired Shanks, sets out from the East Blue Sea to discover the mythical treasure, the One Piece, and proclaim himself King of the Pirates.

Luffy retrieves and befriends a pirate hunter and swordsman named Roronoa Zoro in order to assemble his own crew, the Straw Hat Pirates, and they set off in pursuit of the titular treasure. Nami, a money-obsessed robber and navigator; Usopp, a sniper and compulsive liar; and Sanji, an amorous yet chivalrous cook, accompany them on their journey.

When the Going Merry is irreparably destroyed, Franky builds the Straw Hat Pirates a new ship, the Thousand Sunny. As they sail the seas in pursuit of their aspirations, they encounter fellow pirates, bounty hunters, criminal groups, revolutionaries, secret agents, and troops of the corrupt World Government, as well as various other allies and opponents.

Who is the protagonist of One Piece?

Monkey D. Luffy is the adopted younger brother of the late Portgas D. Ace and the revolutionary Sabo.

His major goal is to become Pirate King, and he is on the hunt for One Piece, a fabled treasure left by the last Pirate King, Gold Roger. His inspiration originates from a crew of fellow pirates who used to visit his island as a boy, led by “Red-Haired” Shanks. During one of these pirate crew’s visits, he ate the Gum-Gum Fruit, a type of Devil Fruit that turned his body into rubber.

The drawback to having these abilities is the inability to swim: anyone who consumes a Devil Fruit will drown if they fall into the ocean.

He is the founder and leader of the Straw Hat Pirates (called after the straw hat Shanks gave him the last time they met), as well as one of the group’s four most powerful members, along with Roronoa Zoro, Sanji, and Jinbe. The World Government regards Luffy as a huge threat because he has repeatedly targeted them and their operations, as well as being the son of the Revolutionary Dragon.

What is the One Piece Treasure?

One Piece is among the most enjoyable Anime and Manga series ever created by Eiichiro Oda. The location of the One Piece treasure is still unknown. The nature of the award is another unknown, but Oda has verified that it is a real, tangible incentive. Although it was established in-universe that the discovery of the treasure’s real origin would be surprising, nothing has been made clear as of yet.

There are many ideas on the nature of One Piece, even though the precise nature of One Piece itself is unknown. There are several stone carvings known as “Poneglyphs” in the One Piece universe that are penned in a long-forgotten language.

With the Rio Poneglyph allegedly having the whole history of the planet inscribed into it, each of these stones has a piece of a long-forgotten history. Although the Rio Poneglyph’s exact location is uncertain, it may very possibly be connected to the One Piece mystique. On the other side, the One Piece may be one of the three antiquated weapons—Pluton, Poseidon, and Uranus—that the World Government is attempting to destroy.

The character Crocodile, who is an experienced, crafty, and shrewd pirate, was looking for the massive warship Pluton, whose designs belonged to Tom, Franky’s master. The Princess Shirahoshi of the Ryugu Kingdom, who was foretold to rule over all sea rulers in the future, turned out to be Poseidon. Uranus’ location and identity are currently unclear.

Many scientists in the series have attempted to disprove these myths but have not had much success in learning their secrets, despite finding a means to produce some inexpensive fruit. Some fans believe that One Piece is the source of all Devil Fruits, maybe even a giant tree that grows them, given the significance and mystique of the fruits in the world.

Is the One Piece treasure a Devil Fruit?

It might be. The argument is based on Doflamingo’s remarks and on his fixation with attaining the Ope Ope no Mi. He said that the riches will have a profound impact on the entire planet.

A fan claimed that he was referring to the “immortality procedure,” which would have given Doflamingo immortality and allowed him to get around the rule that states that eating more than one Devil Fruit always results in death (with the notable exception of the pirate Blackbeard).

However, there are some flaws with this idea.

First of all, Doflamingo cites the Ope Ope no Mi’s capacity to switch identities right away after talking about taking control of the globe. Theoretically, this power would only make Marijoa’s infiltration easier by putting Doflamingo’s personality within a covert individual.

However, in one chapter, readers see Doflamingo discussing the national treasure once again, and then I’m, the secret monarch of the world, is seen entering a sealed room in Marijoa’s distant past where a huge straw hat is kept. There are two reasons for this.

One is that I’m in the national treasure himself, and because the world doesn’t know he exists, controlling him through a personality swap would mean controlling the whole planet.

The straw hat is a national treasure, or at least has some connection to it, according to the second argument.

Another explanation contends that the hat belonged to Joy Boy, a significant figure from the Ancient Kingdom and that what has been preserved with it is in fact Joy Boy’s decomposing body. The straw hat was stored in an extremely chilly chamber, which is a usual setting to prevent a corpse from rotting, as depicted in the Manga. Doflamingo also states that “power degrades swiftly”.

Theoretically, by imbuing a hidden person with Doflamingo’s personality, this power would only facilitate Marijoa’s sabotage.

Has Luffy found the One Piece Treasure?

Luffy has no understanding of what One Piece is. Even his crew is still unsure about its identity and location. Given that the prize in Mariejois was a gigantic Straw Hat that was visually identical to Luffy’s, some would argue that Luffy already had half of it.

There is no hint, though, that the World Government’s natural treasure is a single piece. Since Shanks was left behind to care for the ill and unfortunate Buggy, if that were the case, Roger would have stolen the Straw Hat from him. It is now evident that Luffy has not discovered One Piece as of the most recent events in the narrative.

Furthermore, One Piece was never presented, even though the series had previously aired a significant portion of Gol D. Roger’s flashback through Oden’s tale. Although Roger’s crew was in Laugh Tale at one point, the enigmatic Final Island’s backdrop was never seen.
